Return Procedure
Step #1: Call to ensure your return is processed properly
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your system. To ensure that your return is processed properly, please call us at 888-398-5267 for a return authorization number (RA#).
This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Step #2: Packaging and Labels
Please complete and print the Return Form. Be sure to include the return authorization number that you have been given by calling the above number, attach the form to your package and return it to us within 30 days. Items must be returned to: QA-Deluxe Fans Attn: Returns Processing, 30392 Esperanza, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688.
You must include your complete whole house fan systems from 30 days from the date of your purchase. You must include all original equipment and materials. You will be responsible for any missing items.
Step #3: Care and Shipping.
Because the safe return of your package is as important to QA-Deluxe Fans as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice and request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrived at QA-Deluxe Fans.
Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by QA-Deluxe Fans. All equipment will be inspected by our Operations Manager prior to the refund being processed. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in anyway cannot be returned.

Cost of shipping the system back to QA-Deluxe is the responsibility of the customer.
Equipment Exclusions
This warranty excludes (1) physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches on the outside casing; (2) damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized attempts to open, repair, or modify the product, or any other cause beyond the range of intended use; (3) damage, caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazard, or Acts of God; or (4) use of the product with any unauthorized device if such device causes the problem.
Switches and Wireless Remote Exclusions
This warranty excludes (1) physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches on the LCD screen or outside casing; (2) damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized attempts to open, repair, or modify the product, or any other cause beyond the range of intended use; (3) damage caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazard, or Acts of God; or (4) use of the product with any device if such device causes the problem.
Warranty Exclusive
The forgoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other Warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose, correspondence with description, and Non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by QA-Deluxe Fans and its suppliers.
